Anita Yu has taught piano in New Hampshire for nearly 20 years. She teaches at her private studio in Nashua, at the Concord Community Music School in Concord, and online to students anywhere. Both studios have Steinway grand pianos.
Her students range from first-time beginners to advanced pianists preparing for competitions, auditions, and Royal Conservatory examinations, and she takes all ages. The aim is the same either way: real musicianship, and a love of playing that lasts, held to a serious standard.

Anita holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College of Rider University. She studied with Louise Goss, Phyllis Lehrer, Ena Barton, and Michael Lewin of the Boston Conservatory. She has performed in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Vancouver, and has been on the faculties of the Community Music Center of Boston, St. Paul's School, and the New School for Music Study.
